Fashion obsession of the day
If I cared at all about going out for New Year's Eve, I would wear this sequin mini dress. The discs of sequins look like mini disco balls (so shiny!) and the sleeves are definitely a plus. As a Northeastern girl, I just can't see the point of a strapless party dress in the middle of winter. Do you have your party dress picked out?
