It's time for unaffordable Wednesday! Except today, I'm going to do something a bit different. When I spotted this adorable ruffled Chloe dress, I knew I'd seen it somewhere else. Turns out, I tried on its cheaper, cotton twin at Anthropologie a couple months ago. And hello $1,700 price difference!
