What would Blair wear?

This dress is so Blair Waldorf I can't even stand it. I know, I know Marc Jacobs, again? But seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if Miss Blair herself isn't sporting this on the upcoming season of Gossip Girl - with one of her signature headbands, of course.

    oh, how i love urban outfitters. i just do- i admit it. this bottom photo looks like it's right out of a prep school yearbook.
